Syngenta Tech Agreement


Producers must sign the US03 version of the Syngenta Seeds, LLC Stewardship Agreement and have it on the electronic version. This agreement was recently updated in October 2019, so please check the latest version to keep up to date with all syngenta trust requirements. All plants or materials obtained from biotech plant products cannot be exported or used, processed or sold in countries where all necessary administrative approvals have been issued. It is a violation of national and international law to relocate biological materials across borders to countries where importation is not permitted. Producers should speak with their grain merchant or product buyer to confirm their purchasing position for this crop or material. Monsanto products are marketed in raw material crops in accordance with the Monsanto Directive for the Marketing of Biotech Plant Products in Raw Material Crops, in accordance with the ETS Product Launch Stewardship Guidance. The products marketed have been allowed to be imported into important export markets, with operational regulatory systems. The use of characteristic seeds may depend on the producer signing agreements to use the technology based on the requirements of the characteristics suppliers. Specific requirements of the characteristic supplier: The management of insect resistance is a prerequisite for the purchase of insect-protected plants.
